Latte On Your Way was my first job in 1994. I was able to purchase the business in 1999, and then purchased my second location in 2007. I just purchased my third location located on Viking Ave. Being a barista is a very rewarding job. The friendships I have made are priceless, the people that have come into my life are amazing and this network has given me opportunities to do things I never thought possible.

Hey guys! My name is Ali. I’ve been a barista for 11 years now, and I absolutely love my job!! I’ve been at Latte on Your Way since 2008, and I couldn’t be happier!!! I have 2 sweet little boys, Logan and Leo and most of my time is spent with them and my wonderful fiancé, Scott. I love coffee (duh!), reading, working out, watching football, cooking, being with family and getting outdoors on my free time. I work on the weekends, so come see me!!!!

Hi, I’m Victoria! I’ve worked at Latte On Your Way for about two years now, and I love being a barista. When I’m not working I’m always trying to go on some adventure, I also have a bit of a green thumb so I love taking care of my many house plants and I have a perfect little fur baby named Mango that keeps me on my toes. I’ve been born and raised in the North West and I love it, I graduated in 2012 and am currently pursuing jewelry making and wire wrapping!

In recent years I have studied hospitality, nutrition, and currently business administration. I enjoy spending my time hiking through the Olympics, crabbing in the hood canal, and cooking.
